Set up in March, Zhejiang Shuanghuan Plastic Valve Enterprise, Ltd is a Sino-American cooperative enterprise which derived from Huangyan Xingda Mould Factory (set up in 1992). It has USD250, 000 enrollment financing, and annual production value is over RMB200 million.

It covers an area of 40 thousand square meters, including standard steel structure of producing workshop, warehouse, office, dormitory and dinner room, ect. It has 822 employees, including 41 senior engineers and technicians. And nowadays more and more talents are entering the company from Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, preparing for standing in international market.

At present, we have 12 automatic product lines and 156 various plastic injecting machines(60-6500 g), 10 mixing material and 30 sets of machine tools and some advanced testing systems that meet craftsmanship and technic′s needs. Such as Tensile Testing Machine, Vion Softening Temperature Apparatus, PHI Testing Machine, Speeding Thicker Apparatus, Compact Testing Machine, Low Temperature Refrigeratory, Fluids Mensurate Apparatus, Resistance to internal pressure of Testing Machinefor plastic pipes and fittings, etc.

The annual turnout of the company in 10000 tons PVC and 3000 tons PPR, and matching mould making workshop. The main products are supplying and draining pipes, ball valves, butterfly valves, PPR pipes, fittings, hot and cold ball valves, etc.
